You can invite a new User to your Curve account in this area. Select the User Type:
- Admin can add new users & control user permission
- Standard Users don’t have these options
Add the User email address & then define what level of access they have in various areas in the Rights section. The three access levels are Edit, View or None. Hopefully, these are self-explanatory, but just in case:
- Edit enabled Users can edit data in the areas set as such
- View Users can see the area/s but not make changes
- Users with areas set at None cannot view, or edit them
When you Save a new User they will receive an email invite to login to Curve. They will need to activate their account and set their password within 7 days. If they fail to log in during that first period, they can use the Forgotten Password option on the login page or use this link to receive a new activation email.
You can grant your royaltors access to Curve. This gives you the ability to deliver statements via the platform, so lightening, if not eliminating, your email admin task – no need to send out lots of emails with statements attached. Furthermore, your royaltors will also be able to view the data visualisation of their statements & access their Sales & Costs data via CSV in the Reports area. Be assured 3rd party logins are entirely passive; there’s no Catalogue, Contracts or Sales areas in these logins & they will only be able to view data related to catalogue linked to their contracts.
To create third party access, set up a new Standard User as described in the instructions above. Associate the user with a Payee. Doing so removes the User Rights, as third party logins are read-only. A User can be associated with multiple Payees & they can access statements for all of the contracts attached to those Payees. Royaltor Users can also be created in bulk via our User template.
As with company Users, they will receive an email invite to login to Curve & will have 7 days to activate their account. If they fail to log in during that first period, they can use the Forgotten Password option on the login page or use this link to receive a new activation email.
